1. HOTELS

- Santika Hotel Makassar

Using TDS 640 and we provide more than 360 extension for hotel room and office, the 4 stars hotel own by Gramedia Group had installed at 2004 and since the first installation was provide a full team of our technical from our local dealers in Makassar and supported by our team from Jakarta to connect the whole hotel application in this Hotel.

Working with DATACOM as PMS connection from our PBX to Santika’s PMS to gave the full hotel features which is available in our system such as morning call history, Check in Check out, min bar, room to room block, Etc

Santika Hotel Kuta Bali

After 2004’s success implementation of Santika Group the trust and believe of customers continuous in 2010 October we Installed one more hotel for these group which is using for the new properties of this group.

The appreciate not coming only from Dealers but to the customer who had satisfied using Transtel Units as their daily communications and at the same time online system from Bali to Makasar is used and apply to the daily communication between this groups.

Capacity of This projects is Using MMD 320 which supports up to 110 rooms and 28 extensions of office communications.

- Grand Pasundan Bandung

Another High class 4 stars hotel located in Bandung upgraded from 3 star old fashion hotel to 4 stars modern style hotel, using their old PBX with a limited capability give this hotel lot’s of complain coming from their customer.

Meeting our Dealers “TETRA SETIA JAYA” which is normally supplying the contractor for PBX System we start this projects by doing some presentation to the management of the hotel and they show the interested to try our system in their New hotel.

With total more than 7 cabinets of MMD 640 and we provide 2 building integration with one PBX. Replacing the whole system with new system is another challenge to our team to educate the customers on the daily functional of the PBX system.

In this projects we work with another partner, which is supplying the PMS for the hotel, at this projects we don’t need the third party to integrate the hotel system since both partner from this supply have a great experience for implement the whole hotel requirement for the hotel.

Mr. Jayanto who is the owner of the PMS called POWER PRO was surprised with the. capability and our team’s supports and we committed to support each other on the new coming projects to work more closer for both parties.

- Best Western Grand Basko Padang, Best Western Seminyak Bali, And Best Western Manga Dua Jakarta

5 stars Hotel Manage by Best Western become our premium project on 2009.

At this stage we are working with more PMS to provide the whole solution and offering more features function that did not provide by other PBX supplier.

VHP, PMS system was installed for the whole Best western group all over the country and this is the firs time working with us as PBX supplier.

As usual meeting the new business partner was a grateful thing to us and supporting each other to fulfill the requirement of our customer is a must do thing that is always provide by us.

At the same time we also provide the same solution implementation for Best western hotel in Seminyak Bali.

Both of this projects were using our TDS 640 with more than 300 extension provide by PBX..

- Mercure Hotel ANCOL Jakarta & Mercure Pontianak

After success in some well known hotel we are award another project which is under Accors group called Mercure .

For Mercure Ancol we are replacing their old system which is already installed for more than 10 years and causing too much problem on supporting the whole hotel operational. Since the hotel have more than 800 rooms and usual use by our government to have some meeting in the capital area.

This hotel build and stand nicely at Ancol Bay city which is a wonderland of Jakarta and one of the destination for most of the people when they are traveling to Jakarta.

Spending more than 3 days with non stop support to this hotel during the replacement time and we provide a full team of our technical to solve the whole cabling problem.

Installing MMD 1280 with 10 cabinets and redundant power supply is a must to implement in this hotel.

Again we are meeting our old Partner for the PMS connection in Hotel Santika and again we are very happy to work together to provide the whole technical information and provide the whole features require by the user.

During the same period we are getting the same Mercure projects at Pontianak West Kalimantan.

The new Hotel with clean and modern style concept is apply for this new Hotel. Installed by our Dealers from Jakarta this hotel is running perfectly since the first operating.

This hotel installed TDS 320 since the room and extension is not as big as the one at Jakarta.

Again we are supporting the link of Our PBX to the hotel PMS and the system is running perfectly since we have more experience on hotel issue.

- HOTEL AKMANI JAKARTA

Another 4 stars hotel located in business district, Thamrin Jakarta, by more and more hotel trust our system to implement in their Hotel and office we are success to convince more customer to use our system. We are not only providing sales for the units but most of the customers trust us because our working history, service and supports.

- Chateau De Bali High Class Villas with latest technology apply for the entire visitor in these Villas. Totally 90 villas that have 3 to 5 extension of connections in IP Network provide to each villas. Using E1 line combine with few line of PSTN customer can easily connect to anywhere they like. Our first projects for HOTEL application that is use the whole IP application. Working together with VHP for the PMS application against make us more mature to provide the whole integration to our Customers.

- PURI DENPASAR ( KUNINGAN JAKARTA )

A special design with Bali lay out hotel that supporting the Business district AREA in Jakarta. Provide the whole natural Bali design interior and serve with all Bali style this new Hotel chose us as their communication provider to supporting the hotel operational.

We meet the old friend and new integration for the PMS that is using HIS (HOTEL INFORMATION SYSTEM). Again we prove that our system always come with complete Hotel solution that make our customers easy to use with a very good investment and a greatest technical supports.

The new Comers of the Hotel Management industries which is also become the largest Hotel management groups who is start working with Transtel since 2008 on their first

property in Papua Monokwari

Since this area not supported by local dealers and located far away from City the quality of the products are really required After getting this projects ASTON management are listed TRANSTEL as their first recommend PBX to be installed in their property

From the Two stars hotel which is called FAVE HOTEL which is a budget hotel to Premire Class Are require Transtel to be used.

Fave hotel Surabaya is the first ASTON property which is located in second Largest city in Indonesia.

Since the first opening this hotel had Upgrade from MMD 160’s capacity to MMD 320 because of the full capacity require to fulfill the growth of the Hotel and property. By Using Transtel the upgrade can be done without changing the whole system which will saving an investment cost to the property owner.

And For the 4 Stars hotel under their management are require of our PBX since most of the PBX had require to Installed VOIP line to connect to their HQ.

This 4 strars hotel which is located in Jakarta and a high class hotel that near the new housing Area Called Serpong

Working with VHP as their Old PMS system we had apply in a very short period to replace the Old PBX since the hotel is in fully operation season.

- MITRA KELUARGA Group Our first installation for This hospital starting from SURABAYA Darmo Satelit the second branch of this hospital. Although we are losing the projects for their third Branch and 4th Branch Hospital Finally we get the whole group’s PBX provider competing with our competitor. Not only the new Hospital that we provide the system but we also get the old Branch office such as MITRA KELAPA GADING, MITRA BEKASI BARAT and MITRA BEKASI TIMUR by replacing the old and some of them new PBX to our system.

We are working hand in hand, provide the whole require and most of all we are giving the best afford of service to our customer that make the management of this group choose us as the only PBX which they are trust to use.

This hospital is the biggest Hospital chain in This country they have more than 10 Branches and will invest more up to next year . The whole system in this hospital is really running well they have their own PMS which can support only with our PBX is a really good advantage for both of us to provide more service and easier communication network to this customer.

- RSIA HERMINA Group

Another Group of Hospital that trust on our products, this hospital is also one of the large hospital chain after Mitra Keluarga. Start using our system on their head quarter and keep using it either replacing the old PBX or investing a new Hospital they all using our PBX to provide the whole communication to their customer or between their own group.

ROYAL Taruma, New Hospital which is own by Taruma Negara University had used MMD 1280, the biggest system that own by Transtel.
