Risk Evaluation

Market  uncertainty - as  relatively  new,  SAP  HANA  Cloud  Pla]orm  technology  has  unpredictable  demand.  Upfront  investment  into  the  student  educa/on  with  the poten/al  of  employment  makes  it  cost  effec/ve  (comparing  to  situa/ons  where  experts  are  full  /me  employees  and  wait  for  the  project)  

Organisa-onal  uncertainty -­‐  “op/on”  to  employ  and  deploy  if  necessary,  cost  effec/ve  talents  pool  development  and  knowledge  transfer  through  the  organisa/on
