SAP:RETURN PROCESS
Our new customer return portal is a quicker, easier way for you to return items directly to our fulfi llment center.* Simply log on and follow the steps below:
1. Visit row.ups.com.• Enter company alias and continue.
• Enter login ID and password and continue.Note: Password is case-sensitive.
2. Fill in the Patterson Customer ID fi eld with your Patterson customer number. • The ship-from fi elds should automatically populate – if a fi eld does
not populate, please fi ll in the correct information.
3. Fill in the fi elds on the right side of the web page, including: • Description of Merchandise • Weight Estimate • Sales Order Number (enter n/a if unknown) • Number of Units Returned • Reason for Return
4. Choose your desired method to print your UPS label. • Print from the screen or email the
label to an email address and print from an alternative location.
5. Pack up products and apply printed UPS label. • Include a copy of the invoice/
packing slip, if available.
6. Give the package to your UPS driver for return.
* Contact your Patterson representative for more information about returns, as some items may not be able to be returned using this method.
