Reason and PrerequisitesThe configuration wizard is a tool running on top of the Netweaver J2EEengine and is embedded in the SOLMAN_SETUP for the SLD configuration.

Usually it is not necessary to run the SLD configuration again when youupgrade or update your Solution Manager. The SLD is already configured.

However when you execute the configuration again for anexisting system used as central SLD, please use the samepasswords for the SLDUSER (SLDDSUSER / SLDAPIUSER). In caseyou change the passwords, the satellite systems can no longerlogin to the SLD.

SolutionTo get the latest corrections, it is required to update the LM-TOOLS.SCA tothe latest available patchlevel of your SPS.

You can find the latest LMTOOLS patch for the SPS athttp://service.sap.com/swdc -> Support Packages and Patches -> Searchfor Support Packages and Patches. Search for "LIFECYCLE MGMT TOOLS 7.XXSPYY" where XX is the release and YY the SPS level.

You get two results displayed, initial release of the sca and the latestpatch. Download the latest patch, copy the sca to the /usr/sap/trans/EPS/infolder and update the patch using the JSPM with the option "Single Supportpackages (advanced user only)".
