SARATOGA SPRINGS >> Four City Council members are asking the state agencies investigating the Collamer lor deal to conclude the investigation into the land swap, calling the probe a “politically or self-motivated complaint.” In an open letter to both state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli and state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, Public Safety Commissioner Chris Mathiesen, Accounts Commissioner John Franck, Finance Commissioner Michele Madigan and Public Works Commissioner Anthony “Skip” Scirocco all request the investigation end.
