SAT School Day Test REGISTRATION

The SAT School Day Test

All LC Juniors will take the SAT School Day Test on Wednesday, April 15 (normally you have to come test on a Saturday).

The test will begin at 8:00am and end around 12:30pm. You will eat lunch after the test.

We think this test is so important for you to take that we are paying the $52.50 registration fee!

The SAT School Day Test

Why is this test important? All 4-year colleges/universities require you to take

an entrance exam (SAT or ACT) in order to apply. SAT scores are valid for two years - your scores will

be valid through April 2017. Some scholarships require you to submit SAT

scores with the application. You can include your great SAT results (and GPA)

on your job resume to show potential employers your knowledge

By completing the 2014-15 School Day SAT Questionnaire in Seminar today, you will be registered for the SAT on April 15.

When completing the form, be sure to do so as NEATLY as possible.

Registration – Side 1

On the bubble sheet, complete Section 1-5 with your personal information. You will use PEN, no pencil, and you will write in CAPITAL letters. Be sure to write in your info AND bubble if asked.

Section 6 – Enter write in and bubble 481265

Section 7 – bubble in Apr. 2015 Section 8 – your choice – yes or no Section 9 – write in your LC student ID Section 10 – your choice – write in your

email

Section 11 – using your best CURSIVE handwriting, copy the statement.

Section 12 – Use the Registration and Questionnaire Guide to complete thissection. Go to Page 5 (Questionnaire Directions)to begin. If you do not know the exact answer to a

question, it is ok to estimate. For Question 20-22, use the College

Majors by Academic Areas of Study sheet to find the correct codes.

Final Steps

When you are done: Look over the bubble sheet to make sure you

have answered ALL questions. Turn your bubble sheet in to your Seminar

teacher. Keep the other SAT documents to look over

prior to the test. Between now and April 15, log into your

Naviance account to use the FREE SAT practice program – PREP ME.
