The “Toshima Child Rearing Salon” was aimed at supporting parents with children mainly under 3 years old for child rearing and is managed by the Association of Toshima Adult’s and Children’s Social Workers.This salon provides children and parents with a place to relax and meet other parents and help them avoid feeling lonely in child rearing. It is also a platform for making new friends, learning and consulting on child rearing.
