Saturated fat is a solid fat mainly found in animal foods
Also foundin dairy, eggs, and some plant based sources like coconut and palm

Less than 7% of your daily calories should be saturated fats
This means if you eat 2,000 calories a day, then no more than 140 calories should be from saturated fats
