Shehas a long track record in the French content industry,having worked in senior positions for publicbroadcaster France 2 and pay-TV giant Canal+.Between 2003 and 2007, she was Chairman and CEOof FremantleMedia France, where she developednumerous reality-TV formats for the M6 commercialnetwork. She subsequently spent eight years as M6’sDirector of Programmes.

Former Endemol exec Gary Carter will share his visionon the future of formats in an ever-evolving marketchallenged by digital disruption. Carter wasappointed to the board of Helsinki-based creativeagency KLOK in late 2015. Prior to this he was atPlanet 24 in the mid-1990s, leading the team whichdeveloped “Survivor”. He joined Endemol in 1997,where as Executive Director of Programmes, heacquired rights to “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”from Celador and oversaw the roll-out of “BigBrother”. He then joined FremantleMedia, where hestayed for a decade in various capacities, beforebeing appointed Chairman of Northern Europe forShine Group. After the merger of Shine and Endemol,he was appointed Co-CEO of InternationalOperations.
