Enter for your chance to win the ultimate prize: freetuition for a school year or $10,000 cash! The drawing will occur at the conclusion of the live auction. Tickets will not be sold after 8:30 p.m. on October 14, 2017.
Eligibility:1. Must be a legal resident of the United States.2. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate.
Entry:Tickets are $250 each. By purchasing a ticket, purchaser enters this raffle and accepts and agrees to be bound by all the rules, regulations, limitations and restrictions set forth herein.
Prizes:If 200 or more tickets are sold, winner will choose “One year of tuition free of charge at Presentation High School” or (ten thousand dollars) $10,000 cash. One year of tuition is defined as the regular program tuition rate for the chosen school year, not to exceed $19,000.00. Fees and registration are not included and will not be reimbursed. Any additional fees for books, retreats, graduation, registration or sports are not included. If fewer than 200 tickets are sold, the winner will receive $5,000.00 cash.
Official Rules:1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.2. One winner will be selected at the Presentation High School
Auction held on October 14, 2017.3. Winner will select either tuition voucher for one student for
a year or $10,000 cash.4. Winner does not need to be present to win.5. A minimum of 200 tickets must be sold to ensure the success
of the raffle. If less than 200 tickets are sold, raffle winner will receive $5,000 cash.
6. If recipient family chooses tuition voucher and does not return for the school year before it is used, the tuition voucher is returned to Presentation High School and winner will be able to choose the cash prize. If recipient family chooses tuition voucher and does not return for the school year and it is partially used, the remaining tuition voucher is returned to Presentation High School and no remaining funds will be dispersed to the winner.
7. Raffle winnings are taxable and will be reported per IRS regulations. Winners are advised to consult a tax advisor.
8. Prizes will not be awarded and shall be forfeited if the winner’s ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for “insufficient funds” or for a credit card charge declined, invalid, stolen or otherwise rejected.

GiveSmart & Silent Auction Rules1. All items in the silent auction have an item number affixed or nearby.
Persons desiring to bid can do so by bidding on their own mobile device through GiveSmart, text bidding or through a GiveSmart representative at the event.
2. Each incremental bid amount is displayed on the GiveSmart website and constitutes a valid bid.
3. Each new bid must be entered into the GiveSmart website (or a Max Bid may be set to allow the system to bid on your behalf).
4. Any guests participating in bidding must register a credit card on the GiveSmart website before being able to place any bids on silent auction items.
5. Only an authorized person may nullify a bid.
6. In the event of a dispute, the Presentation Auction Events Coordinator shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bidder. His/her decision shall be final.
7. Purchasers are asked to respect times stipulated by donors and not request changes. As requested on bearer’s certificate, donors should be contacted within 30 days.
8. Payment will be charged to the successful bidder’s credit card on file with GiveSmart.
9. Check out and item pick up will be available beginning at 9:30 p.m. All items should be picked up from each silent auction table, organized by category.
Live Auction Rules1. The live auction will begin promptly at 8:30 p.m. and will continue
without interruption until all items have been auctioned.
2. To ensure full enjoyment of any item requiring special arrangements (such as a vacation home), we suggest you contact the person listed on your certificate within two weeks after purchase.
3. Payment will be charged to the successful bidder’s credit card on file with GiveSmart.
4. All certificates, gift cards and contact information of donors will be provided to successful bidder at the check out area following the live auction conclusion. Each successful bidder is responsible for their certificates, and Presentation cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates.
5. All guests are asked to be most respectful to emcee and auctioneer during live auction. Guests are kindly asked to refrain from talking loudly or getting up out of your seat to socialize with other guests at the tables.
6. Stand Up for Pres will be conducted during the live auction. Bars will not be available during this time, and we ask that all guests politely remain seated in respect for the speakers, students and auctioneers.
General Rules for Silent and Live Auction1. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American
Express. Payment in full the evening of the auction is mandatory.
2. Items can be picked up beginning at 9:30 p.m. from each silent auction table, organized by category. If the auction items are not collected by the close of the evening, they will be returned to Presentation High School and must be picked up by Friday, Oct. 20, 2017. Presentation High School is not responsible for any loss or damage of items returned to school after the auction.
3. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used by Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018.
4. The values for items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by Presentation for tax purposes or for general value.
