As we discussed, You and I share the same curiosity as your CEO, Ben Uretsky. All three of us taught ourselves computer technology before we even finished high school, at a time when college students were struggling just to understand it. The passion I have for recruiting is real. The passion I have for technology is real. These are not just formulated words I'm putting together to clandestinely impress you, but real values that I'm trying to express to you.

Being a hard worker is an admirable characteristics to have. Individuals who does their best until they clock out is very valuable to any organization. However, passion takes it with them where ever they go. Passion does it for enjoyment and not for personal gain. Passion is meticulous, it's either right or wrong, never just "good enough".
