Technology behind Rentar Fuel Catalyst • Fuel is passed through the catalyst’s

patented combination of metallic and rare

earth elements resulting in more surface

area of the fuel molecules being

exposed to oxygen at the point of

combustion.

• “Aromatics” are formed creating hydrogen

gas which works with the oxygen at the

point of combustion without the need for

any electrical connections.

• Separating the fuel molecules allows

oxygen and H2 to better surround the

dispersed molecules creating a more

complete burn, leaving less to be expelled

out the exhaust as wasted horsepower

and pollution.

Govt. Organisations

Singareni Collieries – Partly Govt. owned RFC has been fitted in Singareni Collieries recently for their Dumpers and Hydraulic Excavators.

RFC has been performing very well under the harsh conditions and has been able to deliver

savings of around 8 to 9 % and awaiting validation from the client.

Power Grid Corporation RFC has been fitted in Power Grid Corporation for their Generators of 140 KVA Cummins make.

RFC has been able to deliver savings of 12% on the DG Set. A national rollout is underway.

National Mineral Development Corporation RFC has being fitted in NMDC 3 Mining sites on their HEME and they are under trails on their

Excavators. RFC has been performing very well under the harsh conditions and we are expecting a

savings of around 10-12 %

Indian Railways RFC is being fitted in the Rajdhani Express Diesel Engine, one of the most prestigious projects for

RFC. The savings potential expected here is around 10 – 15% .

Safety & Maintenance

SAFETY: There is no negative effect on the operation of the

engine or vehicle due to the installation of the Rentar Fuel

Catalyst. Apart from the positive results of decreased

pollution and decreased fuel consumption, it will run exactly

as before installation. Rentar will never be a problem with an

engine or vehicle because of the Fuel Catalyst. The unit is all

solid metal and will not burn. The Rentar Fuel Catalyst

cannot cause an engine failure.

MAINTENANCE: The Fuel Catalyst requires no ongoing

maintenance. There are no moving parts and nothing that will

wear out.
