*Qualifying Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Asko outdoor products must be purchased from an authorized retailer between January 1, 2020- December 31, 2020 to be eligible to receive up to $2,000 maximum rebate on a Prepaid card. All claims must include a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice, serial number(s), and model number(s) and be submitted to subzerowolfpromotions.com by March 31, 2021 to complete the claim. No late submissions will be accepted. Rebate is valid on purchases at all Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and ASKO authorized retailers in Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada and El Paso, TX and in Southern California counties: Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura. Purchases in other areas or at non-authorized dealers do not qualify. Sub-Zero Group Southwest or West is not responsible for lost, late or illegible entries. All claims are subject to audit. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your Prepaid card once your claim has been approved. Builder and wholesale purchases do not qualify. Can be combined with other retail offers. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for the cash value. Please retain a copy of your submission and invoice for your records. Reward paid via Prepaid card in US dollars.
