Exam Form Inward by Online Payment

User Manual

Log on to unipune.ac.in. Click on Examination Section.


1. College Section will be displayed. Click on College Login.

2. College Login will be displayed. Click on College Inward-Exam Form.


3. Exam Form Online: College Login will be displayed. User have to login here using college username

(puncode) and password.

Read all instructions carefully which are given on dashboard.


4. Click on Exam form inward by Online Payment option.

5. Click on Inward-online payment (By student) option.


6. Before going to inward read instructions carefully.

This inward facility is only for those students who filled their exam forms on or after 19th May

2020.

After inward process, student can pay their fees online using student login.

Student get their challan details on exam form after online payment.

Total fees of student exam form which is generated on challan will directly transfer to

university after online payment of student, there is no college share in this amount.

Once you inward exam form, exam form cannot be deleted.

7. To proceed further select Exam Type, Inward Type, Faculty and course then click on show button.


8. First enter application id (Exam form No.) Then click on proceed to approve button.

If student belonging to your college then only you can approve his/her exam form.

If student transfer from other college to your college and still on exam form old college

is showing then use transfer student facility which is given in college login then inward

his/her form.

If exam form already inward then exam form already inward message will be

displayed after click on proceed to approve button.


9. Check student details and fees details.

Before approve exam form, check and verify student details and subject details.

10. Verify subjects details then click on approve button.

If the student details and subject details are correct then only click on approve button.

Once you inward exam form using inward-Online by payment mode, exam form cannot be

deleted.


Allow Exam Form for Online Payment Process

Before going to allow for inward online payment mode read instructions carefully.

This facility is only for those students who filled their exam forms before 19th may 2020 and

did not submitted to college for inward and now want to pay their exam fees through online

payment.

1. Click on Allow to inward online payment mode (Forms before 19th may 2020).


2. To proceed further college have to enter exam form number in given system then click on show

button.


3. After entering exam form number student name, college name, exam form filled date and faculty &

pattern name will be displayed.

4. Click on allow button.

Before going to allow, check exam form filled date, if the exam form filled date is after 19th

may 2020 then this page doesn’t give any respond.

Once you allowed a student, inward his/her exam form number using Inward-Online

Payment (By student) facility it will not updated.

Procedure will be considered as completed only when you will allowed a student for online

payment and then after inward his/her exam form immediately using Inward-Online

Payment (By student) facility.

After this student will see online payment option in their student login.

Once exam from converted to Inward-Online Payment facility it will not be changed.


Online payment challan status

This facility is used to check status of student’s exam forms who filled them on or after 19th

may 2020.

Student filled exam form, college inward it and then you can check status either student

completed their online payment or not also you can check how much forms you inward for

online payment.


You can check status of exam forms which are inward using inward-online payment facility.

You can check status of only those forms which are filled on or after 19th may 2020 or the exam

forms which you allowed to inward online payment.

Faculty wise status showing in this system.

Three types of status showing :

1. Inward by online payment: This field showing, count of student’s exam forms which are

inward only using inward-online payment mode.

2. Online payment complete: This field showing, count of students exam forms which are

inward using inward-online payment mode also complete their payment process online

through student login.

3. Online payment pending: This field showing, count of student’s exam forms which are

inward using inward-online payment mode but not complete their payment process online

through student login.
