    NutriWraps Corp. was founded last January 2013 and is composed of

    eight (8) individuals. Sa-Wrap was just created over a month ago when the companys

    executives began looking at ways of adding value to existing product range which

    compromised only of fresh fruit and vegetables. The idea of creating this kind of product

    was inspired by those who are conscious with their health and to promote well-balanced

    and healthy lifestyle. It was settled last February 2013 even without executing a kitchen

    test. The product was found to be feasible in the market allowing the executives to

    pursue its production.

    customers.

    E. RESPONSIBILITIES

    a. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

    The responsibilities of an organization's CEO (Chief Executive

    Officer,US) are set by the organization's board of directors or other authority, depending

    on the organization's legal structure. They can be far-reaching or quite limited and are

    typically enshrined in a formal delegation of authority. Typically, the CEO has

    responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The

    communicator role can involve the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as

    the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high-

    level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, the CEO/MD

    advises the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the

    organization. As a manager, the CEO/MD presides over the organization's day-to-day,

    month-to-month, and year-to-year operations.

    b. CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT (CVP)

    According to standard rules of corporate governance, in the president's

    absence or when the president is unable to fulfill her duties, the vice president (VP) acts

    in her stead. The corporate president or CEO usually is responsible for determining the

    strategic direction of the company and the corporate VP is responsible for carrying out

    the strategic plan through overseeing operations, developing functional roles and

    assigning responsibilities to employees who report to them. In some organizations, the

    president is considered a figurehead, while the VP is the one who is directly involved in

    operational aspects of the corporation.

    Responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and

    colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions. Specific work

    environments vary considerably and include both public and private sector

    organisations, such as multinational corporations, retailers, financial institutions, NHS

    trusts, charities, small manufacturing companies and universities. Financial

    considerations are at the root of all major business decisions. Clear budgetary planning

    is essential for short and long-term future planning, and companies need to know the

    As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the

    outbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and

    positioning for products. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs

    that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to

    grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a

    Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their

    buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

    g. SALES PROMOTION MANAGER

    Plan, direct, or coordinate advertising policies and programs or

    produce collateral materials, such as posters, contests, coupons, or give-away to create

    extra interest in the purchase of a product or service for a department, an entire

    With so many business opportunities available, it is often difficult to

    determine whether a particular opportunity shows great promise or is likely to fail. Along

    with having a solid financial base and a product that is sure to attract attention, the

    getting the products to consumers. This includes such factors as a reliable process for

    producing the good or service, excellent sales and marketing strategies, and an efficient

    delivery to the buyer. Without the ability to satisfy orders quickly and efficiently, even the

    best product is less likely to build a loyal client base. We, in Nutri-Wraps Corp. Found

    that in todays market, it is worth our time to consider a home -based business as well as

    products offered.

    Before weve arrived with the Sa-Wrap idea, there were several identified products

    which were considered and they are as follow:

    Viber Comb taken from its name; it is a vibrating comb that aside from fixing

    your hair, it also relaxes your scalp. We do not pursue this product for the reason

    that we have limited knowledge with its technical aspects.

    Gumamela Jam -a typical spread like any other else is mainly made up of

    Gumamela petals. We do not go for this product because it already exists.

    available in the market, the executives decided that this should not be pushed to

    manufacture.

    from flour, sugar, vanilla, and sesame seed oil with a fortune wrapped inside. A

    fortune is a piece of paper with words of wisdom or a vague prophecy. These

    cookies were specially made with a touch of Filipino style.

    Executives found the opportunity to generate a business called Sa-Wrap, which stands

    forSalad-Wrap; a vegetable & fruit salad with a twist. Sa-Wrap will foster and help

    people start to live a healthy way inspite of those enormous daily routines that they are

    practicing. And since Health, Wellness, & Green Environment are the current fads, we

    are taking the opportunity to introduce our product to promote the lifestyle that people

    would probably get into the trend.

    Studies have shown that the effectiveness of DIET might not be reached due to different

    reasons. But through great tasting, nutritious meals will surely aid on satisfaction and

    might change your choice of food. While everyone accepts the fact that DIET requires

    motivation and perseverance to achieve its benefits, there are still some cases that

    people rejects the right amount and kind of food that they need. So how can we

    persuade these people to try visiting a fruit and veggie salad food truck? Educational

    Information; a way to indulge people to the awaiting benefits of our product. We offer

    not just a usual wrap, but a food that will leave an impression of mouth-watering

    satisfaction that will surely be enjoyed also by kids. Through this, children tend to adopt

    good eating habits and respond positively without them refusing with what vegetables

    taste like. So, what we have here is a meal that would surely satisfy your taste and will

    make you & your kids drool.

    Being a healthy person is having a right amount of food and exercise, also

    having the ability to meet the demand of the environment without undue fatigue.

    Based on our research & development manager, she found out that our country has a

    problem when it comes to healthy lifestyle. According to FNRI survey that 1% of young

    children (1- 10 yrs old) and 3% of adolescents ( 11-17 yrs old) were classified as

    overweight , and 5.7 million adults are mostly overweight or obese, not only that when it

    comes to malnutrition, 3 in 10 Filipino children age 5 and below are stunted or too short

    for their age while in every 10 children also in the same age range are underweight.

    When it comes to the form of our product and the process to do it our operation

    manager are the one who made the decision on the making of Sa-Wrap food. While in

    the making of the financial aspects our finance manager are the one who made the

    budget for the product.

    After we collect the datas, so we finally come up to a product that will solve the problem

    of being obese or overweight and either being malnourished, we create Sa-Wrap

    product which is Salad Wrap this kind of product contains lettuce, tomatoes, onions,

    cucumber and mayonnaise (low fat) we also add a main course to it like roasted

    chicken, bacon and tuna. The wrapper we use in our product is the wonton wrapper

    because its quite big and easy to wrap the ingredients.

    Each ingredients has it good benefits like the lettuce that is good source of vitamin A

    and potassium, as well as a minor source for several other vitamins and nutrients,

    tomatoes that are rich in lycopene, which may have beneficial health effects, cucumber

    that is often regarded as a healthy food because it is low in calories and fat, also

    contains many vitamins and minerals that make them a healthy choice for cooking and

    snacking, onions are very good source of vitamin C, B6, biotin, chromium, calcium and

    dietary fiber. In addition, they contain good amounts of folic acid and vitamin B1 and K.

    last is the mayonnaise (low fat) also contains Vitamin E and heart-healthy oils.

    The appearance of our product is quite big to ensure that each customer will satisfy it

    and its very crunchy. We surely make it very delicious for the enjoyment of our beloved

    customer. When it comes to price, dont worry because its very affordable, we make it

    afford by each consumer for them to add it to their daily routine of eating and even a

    great substitute for their snacks that are unhealthy like junk foods.

    ADVANTAGES OF SA-WRAP

    Health conscious diets are gaining in popularity as more and more people are

    becoming concerned about health and healthy eating. So we come up with a product,

    Sa-Wrap that offers healthy salad fruits & vegetables for everyone. There are many

    advantages of eating a health conscious recipe such as Sa-Wrap;

    (a) High in antioxidants

    Sa-Wrap is high in antioxidants because of the high fruit and vegetable

    content of this recipe. Antioxidants protect our cells from damage by cancer causing

    free radicals, such as pollution and smoking, and help reduce the signs and effects of

    The Target Market

    Sa-Wrap meal is intended to people who are fond on health awareness and to those

    with restricted diets. Our product may also be enjoyed by kids with our Apples&Mallows

    Topped with Melted Chocolate.

    To evaluate our product, we first had our concept test or kitchen test as we call it.

    We decided to try it ourselves first before giving samples to our consumers because the

    test is intended for us to rate and have our own opinions and suggestions about our

    own proposed product and for our team to be aware on the procedure. But, it is also in

    our plan to give samples to consumers for us to know how they will respond to our

    product.

    After having our kitchen test, we saw how our Salad wrap will look like and taste. From

    there, we also had our plans for the product packaging. Since being eco-friendly is one

    of our values in our company, instead of using plastic for our packaging, we will be

    using paper.

    Guerilla Marketing

    - The concept of guerilla marketing was invented as an unconventional system

    of promotion s that relies on time, energy and imagination rather than a big

    marketing budget. Typically, guerilla marketing campaigns are unexpected

    and unconventional, potentially interactive and consumers are targeted in

    ynexpected place.

    - The objective of guerilla marketing is to create a unique, engaging and

    thought provoking concept to generate buzz, and consequently turn viral.

    - Guerilla marketing focusses on low-cost creative strategies of marketing.

    Basic requirement are time, energy, and imagination and not money. Profits,

    not sales, are primary measures of success. Emphasis is on retaining existing

    customer than acquiring new ones. By using this strategy , nutriwraps food

    corp. will be establishing a relationship with the customer that builds trust

    and support. This strategy also geared for small enterprises. This will be a

    great help for introducing the companys objective.

    Consumer Recall, Interaction with Consumers and Low Cost.

    Street Marketing

    - A marketing technique used to promote products and or services in an

    unconventional way in public places. The main point of street marketing is

    that the activities are done exclusively on the streets or other public places,

    such as shopping centers, it also involves the application of multiple

    techniques and pratices in order to establish direct contact with the

    customers. One of the goals of this interaction is to cause an emotional

    reaction in the clients. The final goal of this is to get people remember brands

    in a different way than are used to.

    - By using this strategy in Nutriwarps food corp.. our company will be possibly

    create a good relation with the customer and good sales result. Some

    techniques that were used in this strategy are costumed persons, distribution

    of tickets and fliers, people providing samples. The goal is to create

    awareness on the customers about what the enterprise is doing.

    Social media Marketing strategy

    - Social media is about connectin with the people in your niche: customers,

    potential customers, people who are interested in what you do, or who share

    similar interest and circles or hubs with you. Its about building relationships

    and networking, not selling although that does come as a result.

    - Using this strategy in Nutriwraps food corp., our company will be having a

    great personnal relationship on online community that makes us be

    remembered, by sharing our expertise on creating our product and what are

    the good benefits of our product ,also building relationship to other clients by

    using online forums.

    SURVEY RESULT FOR DEVELOPMENT

    As mentioned, we have two varieties of Sa-wrap which are vegetable salad for

    adults and apples and mallows for kids. In our first kitchen test, we both fried it and

    fortunately, it turned out well. We again conducted a kitchen test few days after the

    previous one. In this second trial, we tried to bake it and unexpectedly, it also turned out

    well. The good thing about the baked Sa-wrap is that it has no oil but it is crispy. Both

    fried and baked Sa-wrap taste good. In our free tasting, we decided to cook it in both

    ways for us to know whats better for our TARGET MARKET.As expected, we had

    different comments about it. Some of the respondents said that the baked Sa-wrap is

    better because the vegetables inside are still fresh but some said that fried is better

    because it is tastier. After the free tasting, we had a hard time deciding on what to do

    with our Sa-wrap varieties, either we will fry or bake it because theyre both good

    according to most of our respondents. In the end, we decided to just bake both of the

    varieties because no oil is needed and having the fact that were concentrating on

    healthy eating.

    THE CONCEPT TESTING RESEARCH

    We conducted a survey online to estimate the sales or trial rate that the product

    would enjoy a sense of market share and general range of revenue. This survey will

    also help us to not just test the idea prior to introducing it to the market but also to

    develop it by considering our consumers opinions and suggestions. We also decided to

    choose facebook as our survey tool having the fact that it reaches different people with

    different preferences.

    Almost 63% of the respondents said that they might or might not buy, 32% said that

    they would probably buy and 5% of them would probably not buy our product. We

    cannot assume all customers will have the same needs or look for the same benefits

    when making a purchase.

    Regarding in price benefits. We must choose a stable price of our product

    which composed by different benefits:

    The objective of price stability refers to the general level of prices in the economy. It

    implies avoiding both prolonged inflation and deflation. Price stability contributes to

    achieving high levels of economic activity and employment by

    improving the transparency of the price mechanism. Under price stability people

    can recognize changes in relative prices (i.e. prices between different goods),

    time. It may also be used to take attention away from competitors. The principal

    This can be employed to induce trial in low involvement product

    1. One of the objectives of Nutriwraps Food Corp. is to support the governments

    campaign towards saving our environment. This coming launch of our new

    product, we will introduce a Sales Promotion strategy that includes giving of

    seedlings to the first 200 customer who will purchase Sa-Wrap products at any

    food truck outlets on Earth Day. This promo will be valid on April 22, 2013 only.

    of April until the last week of June 2013, in every 2pcs purchase of Sa-Wrap, the

    customer can avail a fresh fruit (mango, strawberry and melon) or vegetable

    shake (squash, carrot and sweet potato) of their choice for only P30 pesos.

    THE LAUNCH DAY

    Our launch day is a 1-day event to be celebrated on April 22, 2013 at Glorietta

    Park. The latter day is also Earth Day which is a perfect timing to launch a gourmet and

    environmental product. The venue is also appropriate because its the one of the

    location of our stores. The guess lists includes managers from other companies. Health

    related students and faculty from different universities around the venue are also invited

    to the said event, yet, our launch day is an open, so any interested to come is very well

    welcome.

    Before the introduction of our New Product, a seminar on how to have a new

    healthy lifestyle will be presented. This will talk about what to do and to eat to be

    healthy. This includes teachings to eat vegetarian and fruity foods such as Sa-Wrap.

    This time, we will enter the introduction of the new product. Sa-Wrap will be made and

    presented live for the audience to see how healthy and fresh it is . Its the newest

    product of Nutriwraps Food Corporation that offers not just a healthy wrap for health

    conscious youth and adult, but also a yummy food for the playful kids. The audience will

    surely be excited while we present the Sa-wrap on truck. A food truck is not new but its

    really interesting. Our food truck is open for the customers to see how we make and

    wrap their requested combination of vegetables and fruits.

    Everyone on the event will have the chance to taste Sa-wrap. In addition to the

    yummy food, everyone making a purchase will be entered into a draw to receive all the
