Modelling and information flowTo create a 3D model of the scaffold structure, to analyse its behaviour and prove its compliance, our design offices are also equipped with Autodesk’s Robot Structural Analysis Professional © package.We help our customers to come to terms with today’s BIM (Building Information Modelling) revolution: our design tools and libraries are compatible with Autodesk’s Revit© package.We can also assist them by creating specific components and 3D animations, particularly to describe their methodologies.

Our permanent objective is to be responsive to demand, especially in industry and refineries, which require a huge amount of scaffolding.If necessary, our company can supply large quantities of equipment to very short timescales.With our unparalleled network of branches in France, we are always close by and available to our customers. Our stock management system is specially designed and tailored to our business and gives a real-time view of availability in the branches, component by component.Our network of 15 branches means you will always have scaffolding hire close by. Training
Working at height is an ongoing subject of new regulations (September, 2004 decree and French state health insurance recommendation R408). Companies are obliged to train their erectors and use only suitably qualified staff for installation, design and the handling of deliveries.With more than 80 years’ experience of internal training, we offer our know-how to outside companies.The quality of our training section’s offering is approved by the Syndicat Français de l’échafaudage, du coffrage et de l’étaiement (France’s scaffolding industry body).Our team of instructors, all acknowledged specialists and experts, provide 4 types of training course:- scaffolder-erector,- user-erector,- user,- handover and verification of scaffolding.

Maintenance
To maintain the cleanliness of our own and our customers’ equipment, we have set up a maintenance unit in Eyrein (Corrèze-France).We use a patented cleaning process to clean the equipment by blasting it with zinc microballs.

IndustryIt is in shipbuilding that the Crab system was created.This means that multilevel, multidirectional Multicrab scaffolding is perfectly suited to the requirements and constraints of industrial sites. Public eventsPublic events organisers usually call in specialist services providers, with whom we work on a hire or sale basis.Of course, we are happy to design and install structures for customers that require a scaffolder’s know-how: awning supports, giant screen supports, stage structures, podiums and stands, gantries, public walkways and staircases, scenery supports for cinema, theme parks, theatre and television etc.

Connection with Multicrab
Crab equipmentThe Crab system consists of a self-locking wedge key attached to a stirrup. Once a ledger comes into contact with a stirrup, the wedge pivots automatically to form an instant connection. A single blow to the wedge key ensures the strength of the connection.
When wedging is carried out along the main axes, it is guaranteed that the ledgers will be connected at right angles. A ledger may also be installed in any direction, without any dead angles.The Crab node can be used to fit 8 components simultaneously: 4 ledgers and 4 diagonal braces.

The Crab system allows having a single centre distance, irrespective of standard diameter (49, 57 or 60 mm). This feature means that identical ledgers, diagonal braces and decks are used on all of our Crab equipment.The use of common scaffolding and shoring components makes equipment management easy.The Crab system is able to mix and match standards with different diameters according to the load-bearing requirements. For example, Ø 57 mm Crabétai standards can be used for the bottom of very tall Ø 49 mm Multicrab scaffolding.

Temporary roofsThey are constructed using aluminium or steel roof trusses that allow wide spans which can be assembled manually in situ or pre-assembled on the ground and craned into place.
MulticrabMulticrab is a multilevel, multidirectional scaffolding system. This is the key component of the Crab range.Multicrab provides the frames for worksite and public staircases.It connects shoring towers and is used to construct decks at the top of towers for keying concrete roof beams.Combined with Crabétai shoring, it is used to form the frames for spectator stands.The Multicrab system can be used by all sectors. It has many accessories for assembling and dismantling safely in a wide range of conditions.
CrabescalWorksite staicasesThe Crabescal service staircase is suitable for any temporary rights of way on your sites.Designed to use standard Multicrab components, it is compatible with all equipment in the Crab range and may also be used as a stand-alone static or suspended structure.
Public staircasesCrabescal public staircases ensure optimum safety and are fully compliant with all of the latest standards, recommendations and legislative/regulatory requirements.They consist of stringers, steps, risers and guardrails and are assembled using Crab connectors.Widths: 1.00 m - 1.50 m - 2.00 m.
HélicrabSpiral staircaseThis MDS worksite staircase is based on a four standard Multicrab tower. It can be freestanding or erected as part of a scaffold and is ideal for use in tight sites where the small footprint (1.5 m x 1.5 m) makes it easy to install.There are three main lightweight components < 15kg for the hélicrab staircase which can be easily stacked by hand, without using lifting equipment, and three components for safe erection. No bolts are required.

TouréchafThe Touréchaf is a new shoring tower with integrated safety.The frame incorporates a top and middle guardrail, an access ladder and an automatic locking system. It is fitted with stirrups to make connections, add wind bracing and platforms between towers using standard Multicrab ledgers and diagonal braces.If there is a requirement to wedge beams, it is really easy to install a safe platform at the top of a tower using Multicrab consoles.Load bearing: 6 tonnes per post.
Shoring equipment
CrabtourCrabtour is a multidirectional shoring system using triangular frames.The triangles are assembled to form towers, piling or volumes. They are fitted with stirrups to connect the towers with standard Multicrab ledgers and diagonal braces.Load bearing: 6 tonnes per post.
CrabétaiCrabétai is a multilevel, multidirectional shoring system.The standard is formed by an adjustable leg and standards fitted with stirrups which allow standards to be connected to Multicrab ledgers and diagonal braces.Load bearing: 3.5 tonnes per post.
StandsOur stands are suited to housing the public at any sporting or cultural event.They are compatible with Multicrab and Crabétai equipment.They can be configured to suit any event and are a guarantee of absolute safety.
PodiumsOur podiums provide the finishing touch to Crab equipment used in the construction of stage structures.
