Richardssons Verktygsservice AB was founded in 1963 by Sven Richardsson, and since 1994 the
company has been owned and managed by Elisabeth and Niklas Eidersjö. Since the establishment, the
company has been focused on the production of forming tools and now specializes in the development and manufacture of die-casting
tools – with all the associated services. High operational efficiency allows the production of larger and more complex tools. With 40 employees, the compa-ny is now the largest manufacturer of die-casting tools in the north and has the capabilities to produce tools with the dimensions of 500 kg to 25 t. Through the consistent use of the latest technologies, Richardssons now offers the highest level of engineering standards through the entire chain, from the design to the p roduction. The business is located in a region that is characterized by a large number of die- casting companies. This resulted in a cooperation network that now offers the full range of products and services – from the development of casting tools through measurements and testing tools to control and measuring equipment.
