ScanSnap is excited to renew the trade-in special for the ScanSnap iX500
desktop scanner. Purchase the ScanSnap iX500 model and trade-in any of
the eligible ScanSnap scanners listed below to receive a $75 rebate. This
program now accepts competitor models for a $50 rebate.

Follow these simple steps:
1. Complete the Trade-In Form and include a copy of your invoice showing the
ScanSnap iX500 scanner purchased within the last 30 days.
2. Email the form and invoice to [email protected].
3. Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. will contact you within 72 hours
regarding your trade-in request with shipping instructions to the designated site.
4. Once the trade-in scanner(s) are verified in good working condition, payment
reconciliation will be made.

ScanSnap iX500—Trade-In Terms and Conditions
New scanners must be purchased between October 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
Trade-in Rebate request must be received by FCPA within 30 days of new scanner purchase. Rebate application must include scanner and/or service invoice(s) & proof of purchase(s). Retain a photocopy of all materials submitted for your records.
Trade-in scanner must be received at FCPA no later than January 31, 2018 to be eligible for rebate.
Trade-in scanner must be operational and is subject to inspection by FCPA or FCPA’s third party contractors.
Allow 8-10 weeks for processing. All rebates will be processed by FCPA. If you don’t receive your rebate after 10 weeks, contact FCPA’s Customer Advocate department at 888-425-8228.
Offer not valid on refurbished or demo units.
Fujitsu scanners and any corresponding service contract may not be returned for refund once the trade-in form has been submitted.
Competitive trade-ins permitted as specified in “Eligible Competitor Models: $50 Rebate”.
Program valid in the 48 contiguous United States only. Offer void in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Latin America, and where prohibited by law.
All sales prior to program start date are excluded.
Purchase of scanner and/or corresponding FCPA Service Contract must be from an FCPA authorized reseller.
Resellers and employees of FCPA are excluded from this rebate offer.
FCPA will be the sole judge on eligible sales and program disputes. All decisions regarding eligibility and trade-in credit made by FCPA are final.
Submitting fully completed trade-in form, copy of Invoices and proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation entitles you to receive a check issued without recourse to the drawer. Issuing the check and mailing it to the address given by you will discharge all obli-gations of FCPA or its agent. FCPA is not responsible for mail that is lost, mutilated or delayed.
FCPA reserves the right to audit all claims and change or cancel this program at any time.
