PILATES INTERMEDIATE MAT:This class builds on the basic mat sequenceoffering more challenging moves for theproficient student. Building blocks areshown for the more difficult moves.Students must be familiar with basic mat.

VINYASA FLOW This invigorating power yoga based fullbody workout has a strong focus on thecore that will leave you energized andstress free. Moderately heated room (75degrees); towel and water bottlerecommended. All levels welcome.
KIDSFAMILY ZUMBA MONDAYS all agesThe entire family is invited! This high energydance class will keep you movin' andgroovin' to the rhythm of a Latin beat!
