Body & Soul is located in downtown Santa Cruz on Squid Row. We’re at the opposite end of the alley from the Goodwill store, on the left. The actual address is 738 Chestnut.

INSTRUCTORS
Just show up at the class you want to attend, unless pre-registration is required. All fees are paid directly to the teacher.
The fee for most classes is $15 for a single class drop-in, with cheaper rates when a package of classes is purchased. Individual instructors might have a different fee schedule.
Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet. Please try not to eat for at least an hour and a half before coming to class. If you have any physical problems or injuries, be sure to inform the teacher before the class begins

•Edward Wiley teaches Sheng Zhen Gong Thursdays 12-1:00pm and is adding a 4 class series that will run each month on Wednesday nights, 6-7pm. • .Steven Macramalla, Ph.D. teaches Chien-Lung, a Chinese Martial art based on six animals-each embodying a different way of moving and meditating. The class is Tuesdays at 7:15-8:45pm. His contact # is 831-234-8451.
• Susan Merritt, the founder and director of Body & Soul, has been teaching Yoga for 33 years. With a thorough foundation in the Iyengar system of Hatha Yoga, and softer movement forms, Susan creates a movement progression that works well for Baby Boomers & Beyond.
