2. The candidate should bring all relevant documents in support of their educational qualifications and category as

Information regarding the Aptitude test/PI-GD will be communicated separately to the candidates.

General Instructions for Counselling for Post Graduate Diploma/M. Voc. Programmes

1. Candidates will be called for counselling in order of merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained in

Graduation and PI subject to meeting all eligibility conditions as stipulated in the prospectus of 2019- 20.

2. Candidate must be PHYSICALLY PRESENT during the scheduled date and time of counselling.

3. No claim for seat due to late reporting or absentisem will be considered.

4. Candidates will have to appear for counselling as per his order of merit and date, time and venue

uploaded on University website (www.svsu.ac.in).

5. The preference for programme given by the candidate at the time of counselling will be final and no

subsequent change will be allowed at any stage.

6. All admission will be provisional until final verification of all eligibility criteria is made.

7. Seats will be allocated against the category wise available vacant seats at the time of admission.

8. Candidates are required to bring the relevant original documents as given below and two sets of self-

attested photocopies of documents/certificates/testimonials for verification at the time of

counselling.
