Das Schneestern Safety- Profile ist die optimale Lösung für mehr Sicherheit und maximalen Fahrspaß. Alle umliegenden Bau- teile (Verkleidung / Belag) schließen nahtlos ab.

Die Slide-Beläge bestehen aus Polyethylen Kunststoff mit besten Gleiteigenschaften.Thermische Spannungen werden durch speziell entwickelte Aufnahmen ausgeglichen. Die Be- läge werden rückseitig verschraubt, wodurch die Oberfläche unversehrt bleibt und neben besten Fahreigenschaften den höchsten Sicherheitsstandard bietet.

Die Verkleidung besteht aus einer hoch-wertigen Aluminium - Kunststoff - Verbund Platte. Alle Rails und Boxen werden vollflä-chig verkleidet womit alle verletzungsgefähr-denden Teile abgeschirmt sind. Das bruch-feste Material garantiert ein Höchstmaß an Sicherheit.

While constructing our objects our engi- neers always try to achieve the optimal mix between stability, durability, easy handling, riding enjoyment and safety. All metal constructions are galvanised to provide the best protection against corrosion.

The Schneestern Safety- Profile is the optimal solution for more safety and maximal riding enjoyment. All surrounding components (side covering / topsheet) line up precisely with the safety- profile.

The topsheet is made out of polyethylene plastic with the best sliding characteristics.Thermal tensions are compensated by special-ly designed slots. Also the topsheet is screw-ed from below, therefore the surface remains unscathed and provides the best riding characteristics and highest safety standards as well.

The side panelling is made out of high- quality aluminium- synthetic material sandwich panel. All rails and boxes are wains-cotted completely, therefore all parts, that endanger injuries, are covered. The break-proof material provides a maximum of safety.

Il Safety Profile di Schneestern è la soluzi-one ottimale per una maggiore sicurezza e per il massimo divertimento. Tutte le componenti circostanti (rivestimento/ manto) terminano senza saldatura.

I rivestimenti scorrevoli sono composti da materiale sintetico in polietilene dotato delle migliori caratteristiche di scorrimento. Le tensioni termiche vengono bilanciate da rilievi sviluppati allo scopo. I rivestimenti vengono avvitati sul retro, la superficie risulta illesa e offre, oltre alle migliori proprietà, lo standard più elevato di sicurezza.

Le profil Safety de Schneestern est la solution idéale pour plus de sécurité et un plaisir de conduite maximum. Toutes les pièces de construction environnantes (revêtement latéral/ surface de glisse) sont entièrement intégrées.

Nos surfaces de glisse sont constituées de matière synthétique en polyéthylène dotée des meilleures caractéristiques pour la glisse. Les tensions thermiques sont compensées par des ouver-tures spécialement conçues. Les surfaces de glisse sont fixées par des vis à l'arrière laissant la surface lisse pour obtenir une sensation de glisse optima-le et une sécurité maximum répondant aux normes.

Es ist die Pflicht eines jeden Betreibers alles zu tun, um ein Höchstmaß an Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, da das Risiko sich zu verletzten in den Snowparks um ein vielfaches höher ist als auf den Pisten“ Schneestern wird den hohen Sicherheitsanfor-derungen gerecht. Unserer Produkte sind seit 2008 geprüft und zertifiziert.Zudem wird unsere Produktion von externen Prüfinstituten, wie beispielsweise dem TÜV, überwacht. Sichere und geprüfte Obstacles an sich sind jedoch nur der erste Baustein. Für die Sicher-heit des Snowparks im Gesamten ist das Zusammenspiel der Elemente untereinander (Park Design) aber auch das Verhalten des Nutzers selbst von noch größerer Bedeutung. Zu diesem Zweck entwicklen wir seit 2009 eine Computersoftware zur Simulation von Snowparks.Diese bahnbrechende Entwicklung ermöglicht es uns, lange bevor der erste Schnee fällt, Snowparks präzise zu planen und auf Ihre Sicherheit hin zu überprüfen. Hierbei können wir jeden Snowpark ideal auf das Gelände und die Zielgruppe anpassen.

Schneestern is fulfilling these high saftey standards. Our products are tested and certified since 2008.Further more our production is supervised by external testing institutes like for example the TÜV.

Safe and tested obstacles itself are just the first vital component.Even more important regarding safety of snowparks as a whole is the conjunction between the elements (Park design) but also the individual behavior of the users. For that purpose we have been working on the development of a snowpark simulating computer software since 2009.This groundbreaking development enables us to precisely plan and test snowparks regar-ding their safety, long before the first snow has fallen. In doing so, we are able to adjust every snowpark to the terrain and the target group.

Le barriere sicure e testate sono per noi tuttavia solo la prima pietra miliare. Per la sicurezza del parco della neve in generale la commistione degli elementi (design del parco) ma anche l'atteggiamento degli utenti stessi riveste un significato ancora maggiore. Allo scopo sviluppiamo dal 2009 un software per la simulazione di parchi della neve.Questa evoluzione prorompente ci permette di pianificare con precisione i parchi della neve e di verificarne la sicurezza molto prima della caduta della prima neve. Nos produits sont testés et certifiés depuis 2008. De plus, nos produits sont contrôlés par des instituts exter-nes comme par exemple le TÜV (Association pour la supervision technique des opérations). Des modules sûrs et certifiés ne sont en soi que la première pierre de l'édifice. Pour la sécurité du snowpark dans son ensemble, l'interaction des éléments entre eux (conception de snowpark) mais aussi le comportement de l'utilisateur lui-même sont encore plus significatifs. Nos produits sont testés et certifiés depuis 2008. De plus, nos produits sont contrôlés par des instituts exter-nes comme par exemple le TÜV (Association pour la supervision technique des opérations). Des modules sûrs et certifiés ne sont en soi que la première pierre de l'édifice. Pour la sécurité du snowpark dans son ensemble, l'interaction des éléments entre eux (conception de snowpark) mais aussi le comportement de l'utilisateur lui-même sont encore plus significatifs. À cet effet, nous concevons depuis 2009 un logiciel informa-tique de simulation de snowparks.Ce développement révolutionnaire nous permet, bien avant que la première neige ne tombe, de planifier précisément les snowparks et de vérifier leur sécurité. THE PEAKTHE PEAK

„The Peak“ ist einer unserer Prototypen, den wir in der vergangenen Saison ausgiebig testen konnten.Aus diesem Grund haben wir ihn heuer mit in unser Standardsortiment aufgenommen. Erstmalig aufgebaut wurde der neue Jib im 5ive Alpspitzpark Nesselwang. Dank der guten Zusammenarbeit mit den Betreibern haben wir hier die Freiheit und das Vertrauen neue Produkte zu testen und zu optimieren. Ein besonderer Dank gilt daher dem Team der Alpspitzbahn Nesselwang.

„The Peak“ is one of our prototypes, which we were able to test extensively in the past season.This is the reason why we integrated it in our standard assortment this year. The new jib was built-up in the 5ive Alpspitz-park Nesselwang for the first time. There we have the freedom and the trust to test and optimise new products thanks to the good cooperation with the operators. We would particularly like to thank the team of the Alpspitzbahn Nesselwang.

Due to the multifunctional CNC milled blade- socket you can switch between the Vertshovel- and the Pro-Shaper blade according to the opera-ting range. The light anodised aluminium shaft has its’ advantage in the weight and shifts the centre of gravity in the direction of the blade.

SVILUPPO DEL RIVESTIMENTO: Utilizzando la tecnica del CNC siamo in grado di strappare qualsiasi elemento grafico dai rivestimenti scorrevoli. Mediante la nuova tecnica ad intarsio supportata da CNC ci è possibile inserire il motivo desiderato nel rivestimento scorrevole con un altro colore. La superficie rimane illesa.
