  • HSF Scholar Chapter funds that Scholar Chapters are allowed to request (Up to $250 per mini-grant). It is first- come, first-served. The requests will be available starting October 6 th.   • 1.Submit the Event Registration Form You are allowed to request up to $250 per mini-grant. Once your Event Registration Form is received, the Scholar Chapters Coordinator will review your request. If your request is approved, you will receive an email from the Coordinator. 2.Pay for items 3.Submit required Event Forms (Sign-In Sheets, Post-Event, etc.) 4.Submit your Expense Report.
