SCHOLARSHIP INFO: The Consulate General of Mexico in El Paso has as its mission to improve access opportunities for Mexicans and individuals of Mexican origin in all educational levels in the United States of America. The IME Becas scholarship is for students enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate studies offered by the University of Texas at El Paso.
