Eligibility RequirementsStudents must meet the requirements set by the U. S. Department of Education in order to receive services provided by the TRiO Upward Bound Program:• Rising 9th, 10th or 11th grader

with a grade point average of a 2.5 (if lower than a 2.5, the student may still be accepted, if other criteria is met).

• A United States citizen or legal resident.

• Income eligible, according to the guidelines established by the U.S. Dept. of Ed.
