I. Residential Camp Summary

Location: Concorde Hotel Sharm El Sheikh

Target number of participants: 75

Camp Duration: 5 days/ 4 nights

Camp Objectives:

Trained and experienced camp facilitators and counselors.

High supervision: counselor to camper ratio 1:6.

CPR and first-aid trained leadership team.

Specialized team for overnights to makes sure it’s safe around the place.

III. Schedule

While designing the day schedule we integrate some factors, which will help students explore their talents, acquire new skills as well as learn new values in a fun atmosphere. These factors are:

Competition between the teams in all activities, which will develop great team work between the team members.

Diversity of activities which involve different challenges both mental and physical.

Reflection time, which helps students think about the experience they went through and extract the value behind every game.

First day: ood night

Second day: safari \ ood night

Third day:

Talent show ( camp fire )

Fourth day: tailored activities with objectives to be risk-taking and leadership.

The above rate is valid for MES students only The above rate is calculated on a minimum of 65 campers The above rate is valid only during the month of February 2019 Any changes / modifications occur in terms of length of stay or number of

campers; a new quotation will be calculated accordingly.

WellSpring is committed to deliver the following:

Counselors / Team leaders and Administrators to run the activities for the different age groups.

Communication and reservation with Concorde hotel sharm el sheikh. Full Board accommodation for campers in Cabins Full Board accommodation for teachers in the hotel

“MES” will be responsible to provide the following:

Campers’ transportation to and from camp. The above mentioned minimum number of students. Communication with parents and fee collection. Teachers to accompany campers. Campers’ final list to be delivered to WellSpring maximum by one week before the

camp..

Payment

o “MES” will pay 75% as a down payment maximum by two weeks before the camp. o Rest of payment will be settled according to final campers list after a maximum of 48

hours after check out. o Payment should be by bank checque in name of WellSpring / bank transfer. o In case of any decrease in the minimum number agreed on, WellSpring will be entitled

to receive its full amount.

Cancellation Policy

o Any cancellation should be sent to WellSpring in written on the date of cancellation.

o If cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to event, 25% cancellation fees of the total events’ budget will be applied.

o If cancellation occurs 1 week prior to event, 50% cancellation fees of the total events’ budget will be applied.

o If cancellation occurs during 3 days or less prior to event, 100% cancellation fees of the total events’ budget will be applied.
