Supporting you during Ofsted

Before the Inspection

Send an instant message to key staff and governors letting them know when the inspection is Share a date reminder to staff & governors that can be saved to personal calendars Send the inspection questionnaire for school staff as a downloadable PDF or a survey that can be completed instantly Send parents the formal notification of inspection letter Provide further information and links to parents, staff and governors on the inspection process Ask parents to complete the Ofsted ParentView feedback through the in app link

During the Inspection

Send meeting requests and diary dates to all parents, staff, governors and any other stakeholders to meet with inspectors during the inspection. Use the survey template throughout the year to collect supporting evidence that governors are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the school. Download results of any other parent or pupil views collected by the school through the survey template.

After the inspection

Send a message to parents informing where the final report can be viewed Publish the report as a link or downloadable file Between inspections parents can complete the Ofsted ParentView questionnaire at anytime via the permanent in app link
