In the dining hall (front of the house) we have reduced trash by about 95% and in the kitchen (back of the house) we have reduced trash by about 85%.

This course represents the district’s effort to integrate STEM content, 21st-century skills, sustainability literacy and service-learning into a single program. By combining dynamic educational practices students will be equipped to become proactive and innovative problem-solvers who improve the state of the environment through individual and global

stewardship.
