Earth WalksExplore your senses with colour palettes, smelly cocktails, sound maps and a range of other educational activities
Plants and AnimalsBecome nature detectives; use your investigation skills to compare contrasting environments and explore a range of plants and animals including an opportunity for some pond dipping
Green Plants A look at the parts of a plant and a chance for everyone to become a class tree
HabitatsInvestigate the diverse habitats of the Eco-park; choosing two to study, compare and contrast Life Cycles Look closely at the life cycles of plants and animals; examine the metamorphosis of insects, plus the pollination and seed dispersal of plants Interdependence and Adaptation Exploring connections in nature through the creation of a giant food web, understanding adaptation to specific habitats and an opportunity to put learning into practice in the ‘Animal Olympics’
