and overseeing of Title 1 staff;

Allocate funds to purchase instructional resources and supplies to

support core content areas;

Allocate funds to purchase programs/subscriptions – Achieve 3000, ALEKS, Weekly Writer, AIMSweb and Time Edge;

Allocate funds to purchase an additional 60 Chromebooks, two

Chromebook cart and 30 replacement iPad cases, Play-A-Ways

audio books, to provide increased access to digital resources for all

students to support academic instruction across all content areas;

Allocate funds for teacher salaries and benefits for supplemental

instruction (Instructional Extension and summer learning);

Allocate funds for substitutes including benefits for Title 1 teachers;

Allocate funds for substitutes including benefits to allow for collaborative planning for teachers, for attending training,

workshops, professional development both on-site and off-site;

Allocate funds for three staff members to attend the National Youth at Risk Conference in March 2017 and allocate funds for two teachers to

attend the iteachdigital workshop;

Allocate funds for travel expenses for teachers and Parent Involvement Coordinator to attend conferences and trainings;

Allocate funds for teacher resource books to support core academic instruction, family and parent involvement, and teaching/engaging at-risk

students;

Allocate funds to purchase student novels to support academic instruction and to be used for direct instruction;

Professional Learning, tie in through student celebrations, and the Student Leadership Committee;

Create targeted interventions designed to increase student
