Laboratory Safety Contract

• Review the rules and sign the contract. This MUST be signed by a parent and returned BEFORE you work in the lab!

• These rules are to make sure everyone is safe! Science is fun, but SAFETY FIRST!

NFPA Labels

• National Fire Prevention Agency

• It’s a color-coded label found on each chemical.

• Each section indicates a certain hazard about the chemical.
