Observation

Cut to the center of a piece of filter paper. Overlap the edges so that a cone is formed whose diameter will fit into the Petri dish without touching the sides. Secure the cone with a small paper clip.

Obtain a small beaker to mix the solution in and a jumbo pipette to measure liquids
