Health Mission Trips to Costa Rica

During this two-week global engagement opportunity, students receive real-world medical, pharmacy and rehabilitation science experience.

Experience a San José city tour and souvenir market during a recreational day at the end of the trip. Visit a local medical university and meet faculty, view simulation centers and learn about research to develop medications derived from local plants.

Stay at Casa de Espiritualidad Franciscana retreat house, La Agonía in downtown Alajuela.

“The culture and food were unbelievable. The biggest highlight for me happened to be the classes and clinical days. I’ve never gained so much knowledge in such a short amount of time.”
