TCT® Composite Shell:: Developed exclusively by ScorpionExo®, the revolutionary TCT® (Thermodynamic Composite Technology) process consists of a proprietary 5 layer blend of interlaced and specially formulated fiberglass, Aramid and organic poly-resin fibers.

SpeedShift®:: Another innovation developed by our engineers, the SpeedShift® system consists of a turn dial on each side of the shield for a quick release. A 1/8 turn of each dial releases the shield for cleaning or changing. To replace the shield you simply snap it over each SpeedShift® dial. No tools required.

EverClear® No-fog Faceshield:: Shield fogging is a problem of the past. Each ScorpionExo® faceshield is treated with our exclusive EverClear® no-fog coating and features a hardened-coating scratch-free surface. Match this with our optically-correct design for unmatched vision. EverClear® is also applied to both sides of our SpeedView internal sun visors.

SpeedView® Sun-visor:: SpeedView® is an internal retractable tinted sun-visor that eases eye strain instantly in varying light conditions without changing faceshields. EverClear® coating is applied to both sides for a fog-free ride. Tint options are available as an accessory.

KwikWick® II Liner Fabric:: The next evolution of ScorpionEXO® KwikWick® has arrived. KwikWick® II maintains the superior moisture-wicking qualities of its predecessor with the added features of a softer touch, hypo allergenic, and anti-microbial treatment.

Ellip-Tec™ Ratchet System:: MotoGP™ developed. Scorpion’s ratchet system uses an elliptical motion creating 7.6mm of travel pulling the shield securely against the eyeport ensuring a proper seal. The Ellip-Tec™ ratchet system is 100% tool-less changing in seconds.  

KwikFit®:: KwikFit® cheekpads allow easy on and off of the most common styles of eye glasses.

AirFit® Liner Inflation System:: We revolutionized the helmet market with the introduction of our AirFit® cheekpad inflation system. Obtain a superior personalized fit by simply pumping the air inflation ball located at the chin bar or near the rear of the helmet. To release the air, simply push the quick-air release. A feature developed for the everyday rider, yet requested by world class MotoGP™  racers.

Exolon® Shatter Resistant Visor:: Scorpion’s Exolon® shatter-resistant visor is designed to do much more than just block blinding sun and oncoming roost. The Aero-tuned visor is aerodynamically efficient at reducing drag and maximizing air flow while the pliable, advanced polymer material provides memory, holds its shape and is shatter-resistant.

The EXO-R2000 is Scorpion’s flagship performance race helmet. Built with our exclusive TCT® composite shell construction, the lightweight EXO-R2000 was developed by Scorpion engineers with input from MotoGP™ riders and tested on the track as well as in the lab. Scorpion’s exclusive Ellip-Tec™ ratchet technology ensures a tight seal around the shield while the advanced aero-tuned ventilation system produces generous airflow and circulation throughout the helmet. The aerodynamically designed tear-drop shell shape minimizes buffeting at high speeds and the AirFit® cheekpad system ensures a custom snug fit. The EXO-R2000 comes equipped with Emergency Release cheek pads, a standard EverClear® shield PLUS a bonus Dark Smoke EverClear® shield. Pinlock® MaxVision®-ready flat shields with tearoff posts are available as an accessory for the track. Scorpion’s DNA is infused into every facet of the EXO-R2000 and the result is a new benchmark for quality and value in a premium helmet.

The all new EXO-CT220 was designed to offer a modern, protective and functional product for those riders that need more than just an old school open-face helmet. The versatile EXO-CT220 can be configured with a face shield for serious wind blocking or switch the shield for a sun blocking visor for more of that wind-in-your-face feel. The face shield is specially extended in length and reduces turbulence inside the helmet by re-directing the air flow under the helmet instead of the interior.

Abradium®:: A scale of 1-5 relative to the amount of protection offered by the items materials, relative to the hazards and conditions.

Exo-Tec CE Armor®:: Shock absorbing ventilated armor that meets or exceeds standards covering “motorcyclists’ protective clothing against mechanical impact” - EN1621-1

Sas-Tec® CE Armor:: Sas-Tec is a molecular armor using viscoelastic “intelligent” polymer material(s).Upon the introduction of shock the armor changes at the molecular level and adopts extremely rigid and protective properties. Joint protectors meet or exceed the new Standard EN 1621-1:2012. The back protectors meet or exceed the new Standard EN 1621-2:2014.

Nightviz® Reflective:: A combination of glass beads and aluminum reflective material designed to reflect light back to the source for improved safety. NightViz® meets or exceeds ANSI EN -471 standards.

Exo-Stitch®:: Crucial exterior seams  have a hidden interior seam with a single or double top stitch. This inner “hidden” stitch is protected by a double fold for a more durable seam.

H20 - Blok®:: A removable four layer polyurethane laminate that is both waterproof and breathable. When used as a layering system, you can have a system that is very versatile in a variety of dry or wet climates.

Everheat thermal liner®:: A removable thermal liner that can be added as a layer to help keep riders warm  in cooler temperatures.

KwikWick II Liner®::KwikWick® is a moisture wicking fabric designed to transport sweat and moisture away from the skin to keep you drier and comfortable. Latest generation of this fabric is now softer on the skin and has the added feature of being hypo allergenic. Removable, washable, and quick drying.  

Airguard®:: A thin removable windproof layer that is designed to go inside ventilated garments to help keep you warmer by blocking wind.

Scorpion’s all new vintage leather motorcycle jacket is cut and designed specifically to compliment a woman’s natural lines   while offering uncompromised protection.  The 1.2mm thick distressed leather has an antique appearance on the outside, while visco-elastic Sas-Tec® armor in the elbows and shoulders keeps you protected on the inside. Reinforced shoulders and elbows, leather rib stretch gathering and hip adjustments help this garment fit perfectly. Two shoulder vents, and two rear exhaust vents combined with a quilted EverHeat® liner with KwikWick® II helps you stay comfortable in a wide range of climates. NightViz® Reflective on arms and rear shoulders offer added visibility at night while YKK® antique brass metal zippers are used throughout adding superb quality & finish.

The Dominion is a no-nonsense weatherproof jacket for the female rider that refuses to compromise fashion for function. Heavy-duty 600D poly construction with Exo-Stitch® construction shrugs off abuse while the Sas-Tec® protectors at shoulders and elbows keep you protected. Multiple adjustment straps at the waist, forearms, biceps and side hem adjustment zippers keep the flattering cut and help this jacket fit snugly like a second skin. Fully waterproof construction, combined with a removable EverHeat® full-sleeve liner with Kwikwick® II panels keep you warm and comfortable when the weather turns nasty. This all new offering is fully waterproof, offers a full-length side zipper, and includes a removable EverHeat® thermal liner (which also has a full length zipper). The perfect accessory for commuting or touring, the Seattle’s side zippers enables you to put these pants on over your boots. The two-way zipper also provides ventilation. Constructed of 600D Polyester with 1680D Nylon abrasion zones and urethane coated YKK® zippers, these will be your “go-to” pants for years to come.
