Funds and Criteria
• £500,000 per year over 3 financial years• A maximum of £60,000 for project grants over a
three year period• A maximum of £10,000 for feasibility and
capacity building grants• Annual turnover limits• Fit with Scottish Government International
Development Policy and priority countries and their development priorities
Contractor Responsibilities
• Grant application forms and guidance
• Grant assessment
• Management and administration of the Scheme funds
• Contract monitoring and evaluation

•Improving development effectiveness of our International Development Fund
•Monitoring and evaluation review by IOD PARC – theory of change, evaluability assessment, monitoring and evaluation framework
