To Whom It May Concern:

Scott Henry and I worked together as colleagues during a turnaround for the New Horizons Franchise in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our goal was to rebuild the team, establish relationships with Government Agencies and grow revenue making New Horizons of Indianapolis market ready for sale.

Scott had been an employee for several years and rose to the ranks of Manager of the Career Development Department.

When I arrived at New Horizons there were significant challenges that we at Corporate were not prepared for. Scott immediately provided the leadership and support that not only assisted me with my task but with the teams as well.

His work ethic is amazing. He is organized and keeps a cool head despite the fact that each day brought a new set of challenges. He filled in as Sales Manager on the Commercial side of the business as well as the Consumer Segment. He provided focus and motivation to the 12 member team.

Without Scott, New Horizons would not have been able to re-establish relationships with Government Agencies. He provided the confidence needed to assure these Agencies that New Horizons Indianapolis had the competence to comply with processes and guidelines. He restructured the Consumer Segment and spent endless hours developing processes and guidelines that created a “footprint” for all New Horizons Company Owned Locations. Ultimately, without Scott it would not have been possible to affect this turnaround.
