Assistant Director of Operations
• Commanded the daily operations of Air Combat Command’s most technically diverse training squadron that provides specialized training for all branches of the Department of Defense (DoD)

Aviation Safety Program Management
• Directed the Air Force Safety Management System for a 4000 personnel Air Force Wing supporting the combat and training flight operations for 36 B-1B bomber aircraft
• Headed the development and operations of the Wing’s Mid-Air Collision Avoidance Program, the Hazardous Air Traffic Reporting Program and the Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard Program
• Responsible for ensuring the safe working environment and conditions for the Wing by overseeing the Hazard Identification and Elimination Program and the Risk Management Program
• Guided the improvement of flight safety and flight operations for the Wing by administering the Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance Program

Aviation Accident Investigation
• Expertly managed over a dozen minor to major aviation accident investigations that determined causes and made recommendations that were implemented to prevent future accidents

Aviation Safety Instructor
