The PSAT is Wednesday Oct. 17th which qualifies you for the National Merit Scholarship and great practice for SAT. Please sign up in the guidance office if you are interested. The cost is $14 and the deadline is Thursday Sept. 27th.

Anyone interested in adding an elective, needs to stop in the guidance office and ask about Green Art: a class that transforms recyclable materials into Art and functional items.
BASEBALL
Baseball open fields will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays starting tomorrow night at 3:00 at the high school field. Anyone not involved in a fall sport is welcome to attend.
NEWSPAPER
The school newspaper, The Scottie Gazette is looking for writers, photographers, and editors, to work on upcoming issues. Mr. Taylor-Lehman would like to meet with students interested in working on the paper at 7:30 A.m. Wed. morning in room N-4. information about joining is posted outside N-4.
Attention Seniors
the Muskingum chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution is sponsoring the DAR Good Citizen program and scholarship contest
If interested please sumit a one page essay on how you exhibit the following qualities
Dependability Service Leadership Patriotism If choosen you will be eligible to compete for a state
scholarship of $500 and a national scholarship for $5000 essay should be sumitted to the guideance no later than fiday, sept. 30th
