• Part 1 Persons Crimes Clearance Rate is 38.1%• Part 1 Property Crimes Clearance Rate is 22.3%

• Total person crimes decreased by 1.7% from 2018• Homicides decreased by 57.1% from 2018 and 42.3% from its 5‐year average

• Aggravated Assaults decreased by 19.4% from 2018 and 14.6% from its 5‐year average

• Total property crimes decreased by 10.3% from 2018• Burglaries decreased by 6.9% from 2018 and 20.4% from its 5‐year average

• Thefts decreased by 11.2% from 2018 and 5.8% from its 5‐year average

• Bicycle thefts decreased by 45.9% from 2018 and 52.8% from its 5‐year average

• Purse snatchings decreased by 33.3% from 2018 and 61.5% from its 5‐year average

• Shopliftings decreased by 7.9% from 2018 and 10.2% from its 5‐year average

• Thefts from buildings decreased by 14.5% from 2018 and 13.6% from its 5‐year average
