EZIscreen is a range of screen printing systems using StencilPro (photosensitive) Film to transfer a design using sunlight or indoors under fluro light exposure using U.V. light. StencilPro is then soaked in water with the unexposed emulsion brushed out to reveal your completed screen. To complete StencilPro is dried, hardened and mounted to a frame ready for screen printing.

Paint, stencil or print onto glass, tiles, windows, porcelain, plastic, metals and much more using non-toxic Akwa that cures in a household oven (not kiln).

▪▪ Use ABS plastics and non-coated metals (test if unsure), as some coatings are designed to prevent paints from adhering.

Surface should be clean and dry before application. For best results clean with rubbing alcohol, white/ methylated spirits prior to painting, then once applied allow the paint to air dry for 24 hours before curing.To cure your design, place in a cool oven and set temperature to 150 degrees Celsius. Once

temperature is reached, baked for 30 minutes then turn off the oven and allow to cool before removing.Once cured, Akwa paint is then dishwasher safe.Akwa glass & tile paint is not recommended for areas subject to harsh abrasives, cutting

surfaces or direct food contact.Clean brushes and equipment immediately with soap and warm water.

New to printing plastics/ metals? Not all plastics are made equal, as each time plastic is rebonded (recycled), the chemicals used in the process naturally form a protective outer layer that rejects ink adhesion.ABS, or new, plastics have no protective outer layer with Aqua Ink adhering easily.Heavily recycled plastics will require solvent or acid inks to penetrate and bond to the recycled surface.Aqua ink is a waterbased screen printing ink for ABS plastic and metal surfaces where minimal barrier perforation is required.

▪▪ Non-absorbent materials must be printed ‘off contact’ by elevating the screen▪▪ Always test ink suitability before use and allow 24 hours to cure
