Our flat top lockers have a spot-welded construction with a strengthened capped top. Sloping top lockers are all integral to the locker body and not just an addition.

Security is catered for by vertical door stiffeners and all locker doors are hung on 2 or 3 concealed hinges that are spot-welded but riveted to the carcass for ease of replacement.

Our unique base system minimises the contact with water used in cleaning processes and helps to prolong the life of the locker. Lockers are pre-pierced sides and back to facilitate the ease of installation.

Finally, our powder coating plant provides the finishing touch in one of our 19 colours or a corporate colour of your choice, depending upon quantity.

Sloping Top Lockers

Our lockers can have a sloping top to prevent placement of items above the storage area.

The sloping top is actually part of the locker side and not an unsightly attachment that sits on top. We feel this makes a better looking locker that looks professional and complete.

The overall height of the locker is increased slightly depending upon which locker you choose and it varies between an extra 100mm to 200mm. For this reason, clearance height needs to be checked to ensure that the locker will fit the storage area correctly.

1 Tier LockersThe 1-Tier Workplace Locker has a door height of 1708mm.

Fitted as standard with a top shelf for those personal effects with two fixed coat hooks in the lower section.

Lockers are 450mm and deeper or greater are fitted with a coat rail and one fixed coat hook.

The new one piece locker base is designed to give additional strength and also has the additional benefits of glides to protect the floor and allow a flow of air to assist drying under the locker.

The new top is cut to the precision we demand from the latest Amada Turret press and folded to give a clean crisp corner

Titan Locker doors and stiffeners are made from 1.2mm thick steel. Safety edged on 3 sides, these are nearly twice the thickness of a standard door. With the reinforced frame we offer a steel locker with greater strength and longer life

Titan Locker doors are manufactured with a 1.2mm stiffened door, with a reinforced frame and safety edged on 3 sides.

This is done by a 10mm flattened and safety edged support on all sides and now includes the top and bottom of the locker.

38mm divisions between tiers add to its new additional strength and security.

All our Titan Range of lockers have a spot-welded construction and if required offer a sloping top

as an integral part of its construction not an additional feature, as are the strengthened capped tops on all our flat top lockers.

Add our strong vertical door stiffener and we have a locker door that has MORE STRENGTH is

This is a new range of lockers with Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) doors fitted to a steel carcass with a unique bolt through hinge.

This gives you a locker with the advantages of the extra strength and visual appeal of the SGL door combined with the strength of the spot welded steel carcass. The result is an extremely robust locker built to resist vandalism at an affordable price.

Selecting the right locker combination unit:

When a bridge unit is selected, the door sizes will match the door size on the accompanying lockers.

All component options will match the width and depth of lockers used. Captive coat hangers can only be used on 375mm and 450mm depth combination units.

For 300mm units we can supply captive sliding coat hooks.

From the very large, 750mm wide two door locker, through the standard 600mm x 600mm kit locker to the smaller bespoke airwaves radio lockers; and add our range of bright zinc wire mesh lockers and this brochure now offers the largest selection of storage solutions for the emergency services.

Manufactured in 0.65/0.75 prime mild steel our lockers have a spot welded construction for maximum strength and rigidity and our designs offer a sloping top as an integral part of its construction not as an additional feature, as are the strengthened capped tops on all our flat top lockers. All the doors have vertical door stiffeners and a unique strengthened base to minimise damage to the floor covering and contact with water through cleaning processes and you have a locker that’s built to last.

Firemans boot seat locker has a fixed shelf with a coat rail and 1 fixed coat hooks below. The lift up lid is retained in the closed position by the main door when locked.

The equipment locker is fitted with a hat shelf and a central

vertical divider below, three fixed shelves on the left hand side and

a coat rail and a fixed coat hook on the right hand side.

This holder with a viewing hole can be

Standard Locking Options

The standard locking option on our locker range is a cam lock and 2 keys. If preferred the cam lock can be replaced by a hasp and staple fitting to take a padlock at no extra cost.

Anti-bacterial Powder Coating

Our steel lockers are finished with an Anti-bacterial Powder Coating (A.B.P.), tested to the highest standards. This treatment is ideal for areas that are susceptible to bacterial infection such as hospitals and food services and is available in most of our colours.
