Data Conversion and Quality Assurance

• Data Quality Specialist with the support of our Development Team will collect and convert your existing data into a Matrix system.

• We will provide you with a data conversion report which will clearly outline any issues we encounter.

• Together with the Data Quality Specialist, you can compare your existing system’s data in Matrix to validate that the conversion is complete.

• The Data Conversion and Data Quality Assurance stage will be signed off once you agree that all relevant data corrections or amendments have been completed, followed by a final report.

Like for Like Upgrade to Matrix

• A Project Manager will work with you to agree your Upgrade Plan (including timescales, deliverables, training schedule and test scenarios).

• The Project Manager will be supported by a Client Deployment Team (CDT) made up of dedicated Strategic DataWorks technical and development staff and your Account Manager.

• We recommend that you nominate a representative from your user base and/or the IT department to work closely with us to represent you in the CDT.

• Once the Matrix upgrade plan is agreed, we will work with your CDT representatives to carry out the upgrade.

• Once the in-house testing is completed by your CDT representative, and the upgrade is signed off, the full switch over to Matrix at the user level will take place.

Post Installation Support

• We will discuss any post installation issues with your CDT representatives and agree a resolution plan.

• Once all Post Installation issues are resolved, a final complete project signed off form will be presented to your CDT representative.

• Upon receipt of the Project sign off form, we will provide all relevant documentation for your transition to Strategic DataWorks Support to your CDT representative.

• Professional Services team will work with you to explore how the Matrix platform can extend into additional areas of your organization’s workflow.
