Overview:

The process to create templates for TPM Software has evolved over the past couple years. In general, the process

starts with an information exchange including meetings / discussions between key staff from the School District

and the Leadership Services Team. The primary objective of this process is to develop and thorough understanding

of the needs and objectives of the initiative and gather the requirements necessary to move forward with TPM

template development. This phase of the process includes documenting these requirements and mocking up a

visual representation of these requirements to achieve greater clarity.
