As a sales and marketing professional with over five years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your

department.

As you will see from this presentation, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in small companies where I was in management and program development. I have a degree in digital music production and extensive experience with related technology. I’m not only used to wearing

many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same.

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to presentations. One of my recent projects

involved coordinating an 18 month community outreach program: I developed weekly workshops, trained and established community

coordinators, created a large marketing venture and in turn was able to hand over the reins to the leadership that I trained. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as leading team meetings

and as mundane as preparing various communications for the office.

Last but certainly not least, I am excited at the prospect of using my talents to contribute to EROAD’s success.

To Whom It May Concern,

I was initially impressed with Sean Thomas's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I

hired him three years ago as Marketing Director and Development Officer. During the time Sean reported to me,

he consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I endorse him for any position.

Sean is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. He has a

great ability to supervise and develop internal teams. It was because of his excellence in this area that I repeatedly asked

him to mentor new team members. Sean multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload. He consistently met or surpassed all tasks that he was assigned. Of particular value to me was Sean's team player mind-set,

enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding

expectations. I regularly received unsolicited praise from people commending on Sean's outstanding level of performance, professionalism and follow-through.

Organized and diligent, Sean quickly managed and up-dated

technology systems and software for our computers and website. Sean is a hardworking, very dependable, team

player and a top-performing customer service professional. He has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to

furnish more details if you would like additional information.

Sincerely, John R Lester 503-330-3002

My personal philosophy on leadership: People determine whether a person is a leader, not the job title. Motivating someone to greatness is easy; the hard part is in elevating that person in such a way, that they

believe they are capable of greatness. My role as a leader is to create an environment where, no matter the challenges, the individuals who work under me trust in their ability to overcome and thrive in any environment.

I aspire to role model these each day: Honesty: Honesty is essential to leadership. lf your team can't trust you, how can they follow you and what are

you training them to be? Humility: I seek to learn from others, treat every success and failure as a learning opportunity, and strive to be

a better version of myself each and every day. Cooperation: I believe that a player that makes the team great is far more valuable than simply a great player.

Collaboration is vital in any environment if each person wants to grow their skills. My expectations for my team: Be Coachable: No one likes a hardheaded person. lf you aren't willing to be coached then you aren't going to

grow and mature in any environment. Being coachable is essential to growth. Be Committed: Someone once said showing up is half the battle. I disagree, you can fill seats and answer calls

but that isn't commitment. You are letting your team down and letting customers down if you are only "showing up."

Be Cooperative: We individually and collectively own the outcome. Cooperation leads the way to teamwork and teamwork lends to an enjoyable workplace, which in the end is what everyone desires.
