**NEW IN 2011**- SeatAdvisor is releasing a new reporting system that will allow you to build your own custom reports, interrogate your data and display data in graphical forms.

What makes saBO sO different?Only SABO has patented technology called MapCrawler that quickly creates elegant, inexpensive, interactive SeatMaps (ISMs). ISMs can contain hundreds or thousands of mouse sensitive seat icons that are each linked to a database record. Once an ISM is created, the venue is able to use SABO immediately.

The Map Crawler Technology enables the ticket buyer or seller to directly reserve, buy or sell tickets by selecting individual seats from the SeatMap and click “seat view” to see the representation of their view to the stage. This function can also be deactivated, limiting ticket sales to “Best Available”.

There is also the option to prevent customers from leaving “orphan” seats – SABO suggests alternative seating options.

QUOTES“The introduction of online ticketing has been great for Somerset College. Our customers have embraced the system, with the majority now purchasing online rather than in person. For the school parents, we believe the biggest selling point is that they can select their own seats when booking online for theatre performances. From an administrative perspective, we love the ease of banking and reporting, and the fact that tickets can be purchased 24hours a day, 7days a week. We have also found the customer support to be excellent – the SeatAdvisor team is eager to assist and solve any problems. SeatAdvisor has saved us a lot of time in the office and its ease of use makes a system that we would definitely recommend.”

Somerset College Community Relations (Events) Office

“SeatAdvisor has done away with the “ticket order form” days of old! No more triple-handling of transactions and so the workload has been more than halved by moving online. It also means that the financial details of families are much more secure and we handle smaller volumes of cash - all of which gives me peace of mind. It’s been a great add-on service for our external hirers and consequently increases hits on the College website - which is good for the overall profile of the College. It’s created a more streamlined, professional appearance for the GMCPA and allowed us to build anticipation and audiences for events well in advance. The support has been excellent across the entire process from implementing the system through to ongoing troubleshooting. I would recommend it to Theatre Departments and Event Coordinators alike-an essential and affordable resource for schools.”

Sophie Goldrick, Theatre Manager, Gilliam Moore Centre for Performing Arts, Pymble Ladies College

“SABO is …very user friendly has helped our business with on line sales and has excellent customer service”

QUOTES“Our manual system was inaccurate, costing us and our performers through ‘no shows’ and was taking up hours of our time every day. SeatAdvisor was simple to use, and was a fraction of the cost of other alternatives we had looked at. It allowed us to generate reports and statistics that were just right for us. We are more than paying for the system through not incurring losses for ‘no-show’ patrons and have been able to introduce a booking fee that has met with no negative reaction from patrons.”
