The planning permission is to be read and implemented in accordance with the associated S106 legal agreement dated 12th June 2014. This S106 agreement requires the following contributions to be paid to the Council: Education (£4,769), Monitoring fee (£567) and Open Space (£20,264), and these details are clearly set-out within the S106 agreement, a copy of which is held on file by the agents or is available on-line at East Devon District Council.
