Access eStreaming Module The section below your result will be your Eligible Subject Combination. Select your choice by click on the radio buttons and then click “next” to go to next page.

Upon clicking on the “Next” button, the

following summary page will be displayed.



Confirmation of Your Selection Upon submission, a confirmation page will be shown

as below. You are still able to change the selection as

long as it is within the deadline set by the

admiinstrator.



Sign on Confirmation Slip Click “Print” to print out the confirmation slip. Parents

will need to sign on the slip and then submit it to the

General Office.



E-mail Confirmation Slip An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the student.
