THE SPECIAL RODEOLast Saturday – September 10th, 2011

• It is going to be held at Sterling on October 22, 2011 at 9am.

• This year it is mandatory for officers to come, but regular members are encouraged as well! You will learn a lot about

service projects and get to play some fun icebreakers!

Fall Training Conference

• We are now collecting donations for families that were victims of the wildfires going on here in Texas. You can bring linens (pillows, etc.), pet food, shoes, toiletries, etc. We need mostly new stuff, but the dollar store is a great place to check out to buy stuff!

• We are also collecting children’s books for hours! You don’t have much time though, only till the 20th!

•Collecting Donations

• Don’t forget to turn in any service hours you have under the green apple on Ms. Logan’s desk so we can count them!

• We also need people to sign up for breakfast! Service hours will be given.

• Also, don’t forget we do have $20 dues that are due as soon as possible.

• $13 pays your Texas-Oklahoma district dues, and $7 goes towards our club shirts.

• It will be on Monday, October 31st and we will be going house to !house to collect donations for Unicef!

• We are looking for a host home right now, so if you can help, please tell us

•Trick or Treat for Unicef

• It is coming on October 15th we need volunteers to help out with decorating, setting up, and serving food at the fundraiser!

• You will set up chairs, tables, tents, help serve food, and decorate!

•Disabled Veterans Fundraiser
