OUT OF CARA

As a refugee, people have some rights

BUT

Are them granted?

Deep reasons: no national law frame to concretely give them rights

What municipality does and can do?

OFFICIAL REFUGEES FROM ERITREA

HOW BARI CAN REACT

• Think to a way to make different etnic groups cooperate

• Italy in general should have a law frame to grants rights that refugees should have

• Better attitude of common citizens compared to institutional one (particularly Municipality)
