CONCRETE & PLASTIC CLIP HYBRID SPACERS

Type 1 - Tri Point Base

CPC1 has stability of the flat models and the “invisibility” of the round head models. The three rounded feet mean that

you will hardly no'ce them and the sophis'cated curves ensure that even s'ff concrete has sufficient space to flow

under the spacer to produce a final smooth result. Available to special order to suit 16mm to 25mm rebar.

Type 2 - Pointed Base

CPC2 is the spacer for self-compac'ng concrete (SCC). While the SCC is poured, the CPC2 is li;ed by its unique

trumpet shape and round point at the shu<ering end. A thin skin of concrete can then flow under the spacer so that

the CPC2 is completely surrounded and enclosed. The concrete element acquires a perfectly flat surface containing the

high-quality spacers and this enables you to produce your concrete elements to a special high standard.

Type 3 - Rebar End Cap

This CPC3 is made for the end of the rebar. The CPC3 will keep a distance between the rebar end and the formwork.

Being manufactured from concrete these easily blend into the concrete unit this ensures the high quality of your

concrete elements. Two versions are available one for rebar 4mm - 8mm and a 9mm -16mm rebar version.

Standard Plas�c Spacer Wheel

PWS is our fastest selling range of plas'c spacers its design allows it to be used in horizontal and ver'cal applica'ons

and its design allows concrete flow through the spacer.

Heavy Duty Plas�c Spacer Wheel (Bar Grip Spacer)

PBG are used where a more robust spacer wheel are required, like the standard wheel they are suitable for horizontal

and ver'cal applica'ons. Its design grips the bar securely using barbs around the rebar and the heavy duty design allows

much higher loads than the standard wheel spacers.

PRHD is a heavy duty plas'c ring spacer ideal for suppor'ng bo<om reinforcement. The design of the feet ensures

minimal contact with the formwork. Pins located on the top of the rings prevent spacers moving during cas'ng.

Standard Duty Mul� Ring Spacer

PRMR is a mul' ring standard duty ring spacer moulded in a set of 6 rings which are easily broken to form 6 separate
